ATANASIO GIRARDOT STADIUM (sport)

    

Is a sports complex including multi-purpose stadiumand coliseum in Medellin, Colombia. It includes the Atanasio Girardot Stadium, Medellín Sports Coliseum, a tennis court and baseball field. There is also a track and field stadium at the site: the Estadio Alfonso Galvis Duque.

Atanasio Girardot Stadium is currently used mostly for football matches by two local teams, Atlético Nacional and Independiente Medellín. 

The sports area contains several ways to do a sport like karate, judo fighter in the battle coliseum; volleyball, basketball, tapeworm, swimming, skating, football and others.

INDER is the institution responsible for sport and recreation in Medellin, has a duty to make the inscriptions of people that want to do some sport, to program the activities for the benefit of the community.
